INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Being part of the birth of a new organization is one of the most exciting project one can think of as a professional in any field.
One of the most important is probably the strategy to help build a strong and cohesive team. The internal communication.
At IAVANTE, my team and I were able to develop many strategies and actions but the focus on the internal public was a priority from the beginning creating and feeding channels to keep everyone informed and to facilitate the integration among members of the team in different cities. Also, we put a lot of care on creating a sense of belonging by promoting individual and collectives achievements.

Employee Web
The internal employee website was designed as a digital desk and hub where the employees had access to their tools, and their own and share drives. But it also kept them informed about the organization and other departments' projects and news. This site was awarded as Best Employee site for the Institute for Internal communication in Spain. BIANNUAL INTERNAL MEETINGS
The internal cohesion among the team is so important that is worth getting the team together every six months to evaluate results and plan ahead, but also, to build social and personal relations that will contribute to improving the synergies in the team and therefore, in the organization. It helps to reduce possible misunderstanding and overcome problems inside the team more than any other strategy. And with a balanced proportion of work and social agenda, it is a fantastic motivational tool.

Cultural Agenda IAVANTE
Every week a new email with a proposal for activities in different cities. The Cultural Agenda became so popular that we started having the demand to distribute it to external audiences as well.

Quiz and Challeges campaigns
Different events and anniversaries were the excuse to create and launch challenges and quiz to promote corporate culture and achievements, to reinforce the value of being part of the team.
