My work at IAVANTE is an example of the use of communication strategies to approach different audiences: stockholders, clients, users, media, the general public and the team.
The in-house Marketing and Communication department at IAVANTE served the organization and departments' goals.
IAVANTE

Online Catalog
As a healthcare training organization, IAVANTE had an online catalog accessible to professionals, hospitals and other companies in the sector.

Youtube Channel
We created a Youtube Channel to upload and make accessible dozens of videos related to our training catalog, projects, and events.

Informarse.es Salud (Being Informed is healthy)
We led the project “Informarse.es Salud” (Being Informed is Healthy) for the Andalusian Regional Government's Ministry of Health with the goal of enhancing citizens' well-being, quality of life, and health awareness.
The focus was on providing accessible and engaging information, promoting health education, and encouraging healthier lifestyles through desk top and mobile devices and audiovisual media on screens/TVs in hospitals and healthcare centers. This approach made it easier for people to access valuable resources for their well-being.

IAVANTE TV
The IAVANTE website was a hub to get all the information about the organization. the Media and the general public was offered information about the results, events and new activities developed by the foundation.
PORTALEIR

PORTALEIR.ES
IAVANTE was given the responsibility to develop PortalEIR, a training and evaluation platform for doctors and nurses during their residency. As Director of Marketing and Communication, I was in charge of the branding and communication strategy for this project.
SALUD INNOVA

PLATFORM FOR INNOVATION PRACTICES
This project, developed for the Andalusian Health Ministry, aimed to curate innovative practices in the Public Health Sector to promote them in the public system and, at the same time, to motivate more professionals to innovate in their own organizations.
As in PortalEIR, I acted as Art Director to lead the brand design. I also created the communication strategy for this platform and the Health Innovation Forums organized under its umbrella.
