From large scientific congress to company conventions and corporate presentations, I have worked in both the production and the managing side of the process.
This large experience gave me the opportunity to learn from vendors about production insides, but also, taught me how to keep it the team motivated to offer the best of themselves.
SESAM CONGRESS
SESAM is the Society in Europe for Simulation Applied to Medicine. In 2011 I had the opportunity to lead the organization of the Congress in Granada (Spain).
My goals for this event were two: duplicate the number of attendees and to consolidate the Congress making it evolve to the next level.
Both goals were reached successfully. I work with my team in all possible front: branding, sponsorship program, mailings, web development, and even an internal TV channel during the Congress.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
LIVING LAB SALUD ANDALUCIA PRESENTATION
The Andalusian Ministry of Health commissioned Iavante with the organization and implementation of the Living Lab Salud Andalucia. The project aimed to reunite companies, users and public organizations in the healthcare sector, to promote and facilitate IT and research projects where all parts could benefit.
The presentation and signature of the agreement of all the participants was organized in CMAT and got a lot of attention by the media.


INTERNATIONAL IAVANTE SYMPOSIUM SERIES
We inaugurated the first Iavante Symposium on November 2004, only two months after the inauguration of CMAT (the medicine simulation center in Granada). We organized this high level expert-profile event until 2010.

HEALTH INNOVATION FORUMS
The Healths Innovation Forums organized biannually, aimed to gather professionals from different locations in Andalusia (the largest region in Spain), to share their experiences and learnings as an inspiration for other professionals. In every event, there were lectures, presentations, creative workshops and special time allotted for networking.

MEDIA PRESENTATIONS &
PRESS CONFERENCES
As Marketing and Communication Director, the Public and Media Relations were part of my responsibilities, including projects and programs presentations, press conferences, inaugurations and VIP visits.

CONVENTIONS, INTERNAL MEETINGS & WORKSHOPS
In spread organizations, internal communication has an even bigger importance. As part of the annual communication plan, we organized one or two events where all the professionals participated to work on value definition, goal planning, results presentations, and other serious matters, but above anything else, to hang out with each other to create a familiar atmosphere and an excellent rapport.
